Centric Consulting, in partnership with the Salesforce Talent Alliance program, is now offering specialized training and development courses with its consultants, with the aim of bolstering the company’s burgeoning National Salesforce Practice.

Centric Consulting is a management consulting firm that advises organizations on projects such as transforming their business, combining or adopting new workplace strategies, and integrating new technologies or processes. Founded in 1999, the Ohio-based company leverages its remote workforce, based in 14 locations, to serve clients internationally, with consultants that have over a decade of experience under their belts. Now, with the recently announced Salesforce program, Centric consultants have a unique opportunity to upgrade their expertise with the popular PaaS platform and train the next generation of Salesforce gurus.

The Salesforce Talent Alliance program will connect Centric with fresh (less than half a year of experience) Salesforce professionals. These emerging talents come from a variety of backgrounds, but all are eager to learn and make their career in the expanding Salesforce ecosystem. During hands-on training with Salesforce, in a management consulting context, individuals will be taught specific skill sets for their desired roles, while also making the most of Salesforce’s learning platform. This partnership will enable Centric to offer quality growth and development opportunities to its Salesforce consultants, but also to continue to provide the most talented Salesforce experts to its clients around the world.

Centric has a history of cooperation with Salesforce and has received several accolades from the company, including Ridge Partner Status and several Salesforce Navigator endorsements. Traci Whetzel, Centric’s National Salesforce Practice Director, noted in a statement how Centric employees had benefited from learning about Salesforce in their early careers, and that the team was “thrilled we can now pay our opportunities forward thoughtfully and purposefully.”
