Announcing Lubo Popov, AccelOne’s New Director of Recruiting, North America

AccelOne is proud to announce that Lubo Popov will be joining the team as the recruiting director for our US branch. A veteran of the IT recruitment industry with glowing recommendations from across the business sector, Lubo will be bringing his keen eye for talent, commensurate people skills, and intimate knowledge of the tech sector to enrich our US-Argentina nearshore talent pool.

Lubo’s career in staffing started over 20 years ago after he graduated from the University of Santa Barbara. The young go-getter received a call out of the blue asking if he was interested in a career in staffing. Never one to let an opportunity go to waste, Lubo enthusiastically accepted, despite not having any idea of the staffing industry at the time. Clearly, one talented recruiter can recognize another’s potential, as Lubo went on to build a stellar career connecting business and individuals.

Over the next couple of decades, Lubo would build his career in IT staffing, putting in fourteen combined years as a Senior Recruiter at TEKsystems and Crescent Solutions in the Orange County area before joining Clarity Technology Partners, where he would eventually become the company’s Director of Recruiting. Although all these companies had their differences in size and culture, Lubo always enjoyed the sense of accomplishment that comes with helping people find a fulfilling job that makes the most of their skills.
