He has a history of leading companies through amazing growth projections and successful outcomes. His expertise is in building teams, producing more efficient business processes and systems integrations, improving profitability, and solving complex business problems. Most recently, Heindel moved his family from the US to Uruguay to co-found and serve as CEO for GameOlic Development Studio, a video game development firm. In this role, he spearheaded operations and strategic direction including business development, publisher and investor relations, partner management, recruiting, human resources, legal, and finance. His adaptability and broad experience across business and tech enable Heindel to understand the unique opportunities facing AccelOne.
